The lateral portion of 2 additional wells will be drilled within the next week (Well #59171 and #591572). All wells were covered by a steel plate with each distinc t well # was etched into the plate.

2691084 Primary Facility 2018-01-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, January 26, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the J&J Well Site located in Washington Township, Greene County. The inspection was conducted as a result of a property damage complaint received by the Department and alleging that excess water (runoff) from the well site is flooding the neighboring property and the basement of the dwelling on the property.

The gas well, J&J 591571 (059-26585), associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2810185 Primary Facility 2018-11-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Thursday November 29, 2018 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the J&J Well Site located in Washington Township, Greene County.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
