2691075 Primary Facility 2018-01-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, January 26, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the J&J Well Site located in Washington Township, Greene County. The inspection was conducted as a result of a property damage complaint received by the Department and alleging that excess water (runoff) from the well site is flooding the neighboring property and the basement of the dwelling on the property.

The gas well, J&J 591568 (059-26582), and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
