2157508 | Primary Facility | 2013-04-08 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On April 8, 2013, I stopped at Durbin #2 for a routine inspection. There is a sign out front and the mailbox contained both the well permit and an E&S plan. |
2712641 | Primary Facility | 2018-03-16 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On Friday, March 16, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Durbin No. 2 oil well site located in Morris Township, Greene County.
The access road and the pad area were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetative growth. The earthen berm around the production tanks was observed to be partially vegetated and in good condition. The production tanks appeared to be in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of production fluid inside the berm can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The oil well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
