The site is currently dormant. The Wells appear to be drilled but not in production. The site is in over-all good condition. A few areas need to be seeded and mulched because the grass did not grow. The drill pits on site still contain water and the site will need to be restored within 9 months of TD. The ESCGP-1 is good for 5 years. The Operator can apply for an extension if that 9 month mark cannot be reached.

2160960 Primary Facility 2013-03-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to Conduct a Routine Inspection. The Marcellus Wells have been drilled but not yet in production. The Department had some concerns about the E/S Controls at the bottom of the fill slope. The BMP's/E/S Controls need to be fixed and put back in good working condition. The collection channel leading to the sediment trap has been compromised by a slide and needs to be re-graded. The Department spoke with the Operator in regards to the site conditions and the E/S Controls.
