1981441 Primary Facility 2011-06-01 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2274098 Primary Facility 2014-05-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 5/13/2014, the Department conducted an inspection of ECA's MOHR B 1MH, 2MH well site in Cumberland Twp., Greene County.
2381414 Primary Facility 2015-06-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted
2514570 Primary Facility 2016-06-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 06/16/16 at approximately 1100 hours I conducted a routine complete inspection of the Mohr A & B well sites. The site was well vegetated and contained no signs of erosion. The wells appeared to be in good condition.

The purpose of the visit was to inspect two impoundments that were previously discovered to have leaked, causing environmental harm and impacting at least one water supply. The two impoundments were still open at the time of inspection and had not been reclaimed (see photographs).
