2711525 Primary Facility 2018-03-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Thursday, March15, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Pettit No. 9 conventional gas well site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the pad area were in good condition. The site has been stabilized with a combination of vegetation and mulch. Mulch has been used along with seed to stabilize areas recently reworked.

The earthen berm secondary containment structure around the production tanks was observed to be vegetated and in good condition. Although the operator is compliant with applicable regulations, the operator should consider employing secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of fluid into the earthen berm containment can result in a violation being issued.

The gas well,and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The gas well was labelled.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2850788 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Wednesday March 6, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Pettit No. 9 Conventional Vertical Gas Well Site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the well pad were observed to be in good condition.

A fence surrounds the well due to the surrounding area being used to graze cattle. Uniform vegetative growth was observed through a thin coating of snow on the ground.

The production tanks appeared to be in sound condition.

The earthen berm secondary containment structure around the production tanks appeared to be in good condition and vegetated, as observed through the thin snow cover. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release of fluid can result in a violation being issued to the operator.

The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly.

The well was tagged with identification.
