2668246 Primary Facility 2017-12-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, December 1, 2017, I conducted a routine-complete inspection of the PA Land Holdings Company DD-8S CBM well located in Wayne Township, Greene County.

The well pad and the access road were in good condition and the site has been stabilized with vegetative growth.

The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and was labelled as required.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
