1917710 Primary Facility 2010-08-31 Site Restoration No Violations Noted The Department was at the above referenced Marcellus Well to conduct a site restoration inspection. This Marcellus pad has 4 wells and 3 have already been fracked. The Operator has not restored the site because they need to frac 1 additional well. The Department was on site with Nick and Chad from Atlas. The site and E/S controls are in overall good condition. The Department will approve the 6 month extension for the Burchianti #45, 46H, 53, and 54H. The site should be properly restored 15 months after TD of the last well.
2567963 Primary Facility 2017-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The Act 9 sign was in place and all required documents were present at the site. The site was well vegetated and there were no signs of erosion observed. The production equipment appeared to be in good condition. There were no leaks or releases observed at the time of inspection. There were no violations observed at the time of inspection.
