The access road and the pad area were in good condition. Some minor tire ruts were observed on the upper access just prior to the pad area. This is not uncommon given the saturated conditions. The operator should monitor and perform any necessary maintenance prior to any erosion and sedimentation issues develop. The site has been stabilized with vegetative growth. There is no secondary containment structure constructed around the production tank. The tanks appeared to be in good condition and uncompromised. There were no apparent signs of fluid release. The gas well appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled. No violations were identified during the inspection. |

The access road and the pad area were observed to be in good condition. Uniform vegetative growth was observed through a thin snow cover. The production tank appeared to be in sound condition. There was no secondary containment utilized in association with the production tank. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed of impermeable materials. A release from the tank can result in a violation being issued to the operator. The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification. No violations were identified during the inspection. |
