1110883 Primary Facility 2002-03-26 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Loc. is drilled, restored & mulched. Access is well rocked. Culverted areas were working. At bench a mudflow has diverted bench run-off down the access. Rest of restoration held up in flash flood.

2693694 Primary Facility 2018-02-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, February 9, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Watson 1 vertical gas well site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road and the pad area were in good condition. The area was partially snow covered and significant vegetative growth was observed through the snow cover and in areas without snow.

There was no secondary containment around the production fluid storage tank which appeared to be in good condition. There were no apparent signs of any past release of fluid.

The gas well and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was labelled.

No violations were identified during the inspection.

2848307 Primary Facility 2019-03-05 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Tuesday March 5, 2019 I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the Watson 1 Conventional Vertical Gas Well Site located in Center Township, Greene County.

The access road, which is a spur from the Watson Oil Well Pad, and the pad area were observed to be in good condition.

Uniform vegetation was observed through a thin cover of snow on the ground.

The production tank appeared to be in good and sound condition. No secondary containment is utilized in association with the production tank. Although the operator is compliant with current regulations, they should consider using secondary containment constructed with impermeable materials. A release of fluid from the tank can result in a violation being issued to the operator.

The gas well and associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. The well was tagged with identification.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
