The well appears to be capable of, or in production. Annulus are open to atmosphere to vent. No evidence of hydrocarbon staining around wellhead or wellsite. On site inspection shows no apparent violations. No indication of any leaks or corrosion.

Air near wellhead was analyzed with an Altair 5X multigas meter. No abnormal readings were observed.
