1954371 Primary Facility 2011-03-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Today Jon Scott and I inspected this site to determine if the E&S controls have been functioning as designed to prevent sediment laden runoff from leaving the newly constructed well pad site during the time of heavy snow melt and rain occurring recently. Upon inspection we found the slit fence was intact and filtering as required. The site did receive run-off from vineyard area to the south ; this runoff picked up sediment on the site and carried it around the west side of the site and into the slit fence where it was contained. The access area and site have been covered with a rock base; the pits have not been constructed. We also the found the required E&S Plan and the Well Site ID tag. No violations.
