2616768 Primary Facility 2017-07-13 Routine/Partial Inspection Violation(s) Noted Inspected this gas well with John Yantz (DEP) and found new connections on the production line and a new gauge that read 27 lbs pressure on this line. The well was apparently producing but not tagged. The steel stock tank is in bad shape with a large hole about half way up on it allowing brine to be discharged to the ground in the dike. The dike was then compromised and a dead vegetation path (no vegetation) was evident for 40 yards down to a tributary of French Creek. We talked with a neighbor who said that well is producing gas to the Dernar homestead.
