Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2716997 Primary Facility 2018-04-11 Administrative/File Review No Violations Noted
2723558 Primary Facility 2018-04-26 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They are drilling and cementing 3 Utica wells on this pad today. They are setting the conductors at 31' deep and pumping 50 sacks of cement and displacing it with water. The location is matted and on containment. They stop drilling when the soil begins to get damp.
2732818 Primary Facility 2018-05-22 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They are drilling at this time and are currently at 2973' with the anticipated intermediate section drilled to 3200' and then they will set 9 5/8" intermediate casing and cement. The entire pad is matted and on containment.
2738703 Primary Facility 2018-06-07 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They have TDed the well at 21057'. They will be running production pipe tonight (21,043') and then cement. The entire location is on containment.
2840639 Primary Facility 2019-02-15 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is an unconventional well pad with 13 wells drilled. Three have recently been completed and are currently in flowback. The well pad is mostly flat although rig mats have recently been removed and will require some grading when the weather breaks. There are numerous laydown tanks on site for fluid storage, and the tanks are set within temporary containment. There are also six 400 barrel tanks within lined containment for produced water. The pad was snow covered at this time, but may thaw with additional rain fall and snow melt. The site sign with well information and mailbox are at the entrance to the site.
