2657884 Primary Facility 2017-11-07 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted Drilling on bridges in the well. They were at 600' on my arrival and are currently at 762'. The well is caving and keeps bridging off.
2658323 Primary Facility 2017-11-08 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted They got down to 1250' and the well is continuing to cave in. They got their tools stuck but were able to jar them back out. I gave permission to plug at this depth. They are going to set a 400' plug of cement and let it set over night then run a camera in the well tomorrow to ensure all the vertical flow has been shut off. They will then set the casing seat plug from 600' to 450' and ensure that the well is not producing any gas then top hole it with gravel.
2659382 Primary Facility 2017-11-13 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted They set a cement plug from 600'to 300' to cover a zone that was making gas at 550'. They had run a camera and the bottom plug was not leaking. Bottom plug was set from 1200' to 800'. They are cutting this well off below ground level at land owners request and covering it with cement because it is a containment area for the sulfuric acid tank. No leaks were detected
