The well has been drilled, but is not yet frac'd. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
2700300 Primary Facility 2018-03-02 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted They just finished the last stage of this well. The entire site is on containment. All fluids are being contained in tanks. They have completed 5 wells on this pad and have 6 to go.
2832893 Primary Facility 2019-01-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a shale well pad with 11 wells drilled. The wells appear to be in production. The area around the wellheads is clean. There are 12 laydown tanks on site within temporary containment, with no evidence of spills or leaks. There is a tank battery with six 400 barrel tanks within containment. The site is snow covered and seems to be stable. Signage and the mailbox are in place at the entrance to the site.
