2785937 Primary Facility 2018-10-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On 10/9/18 at 1027 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of Seneca Resources, Corp.'s E08 L wells, specifically well 047-24947, in Jones Twp., Elk Co. All other wells at this site had been previously inspected. The well is properly tagged and equipped for production. There are no violations noted for this inspection.
2847916 Primary Facility 2019-03-01 Complaint Inspection Violation(s) Noted At 10 am, I received a call from Seneca Resources stating that a snow plowing operator had struck a line containing production water on the E08-L pad and allowed approximately 110 gallons of fluid to drain to the ground.

I arrived on site at approximately 1030 am and the operator had a vac truck on site to remove free fluid. A snow plow operator struck the line running from the production water tanks to frac tanks at approximately 815 am, severing it and allowing production water to flow out. They were not actively pumping water at the time, so the estimated volume is lower. The area showed melted snow and some free liquid, approximately 10 ft x 15 feet in size. Conductivity readings were >20,000 µs/cm on the Department issued meter and approximately 107,000 µs/cm on Seneca's meter. No fluid was flowing off site, due to the snow pack on location.

The Operator was in the process of getting a container to the site which would allow for removal of any impacted soil. Further inspection will be done as necessar
