Eight total wells are drilled and equipped for production at this site with well tags at each of the wellheads. There are no violations noted for this inspection.

2832934 Primary Facility 2019-01-29 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This is a shale well pad with 8 wells drilled. The wells appear to be in production. The area around the wellheads is clean, and all wells are tagged. There is a tank battery with six 400 barrel tanks within containment. The site is snow covered and seems to be stable. Signage and the mailbox are in place at the entrance to the site.
