The Department approved ARG' Remedial Action Completion Report on 11/22/17. Upon inspection of the release site, I found the area to be permanently stabilized and restored. This inspection resolves violation ID numbers 738210 and 738211 from inspection ID 2421144. There are no additional violations noted for this release. |
