2597240 Primary Facility 2017-05-17 Routine/Complete Inspection Violation(s) Noted On 5/17/17 at 1109 hrs., I conducted a routine inspection of ARG's McClelland 85 well (API 047-23219) in Highland Twp., Elk Co. The well is properly labeled and equipped for production. The pad is permanently stabilized. Upon inspection, I noticed a discharge of crude oil on the well pad. The release is under one barrel. The release constitutes violations of CSL 402(b), SWMA 301, and 78.54. These violations will be resolved upon removal of the waste and impacted soil, and submission of the tipping receipts to the Department.
2703029 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted On 3/6/18 at 1035 hrs., I conducted a Compliance Evaluation Inspection of ARG Resources' McClelland 85 well (API 047-23219). Of particular concern were the violations from inspection ID #2597240. Upon inspection, the release areas had been remediated and stabilized. This inspection resolves violation ID #786988, 786989, and 786990 from inspection ID #2597240. There were no additional violations noted for this inspection.
