Of particular concern were the outstanding violations from inspection ID# 2270703. Upon inspection, the well site is not stabilized and there is evidence of accelerated erosion and sedimentation leaving the site. Violation ID# 695753, 695754, and 695755 remain outstanding and are being cited again for this inspection.
2631438 Primary Facility 2017-08-29 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted On 8/29/17 at 0944 hrs., I conducted a compliance evaluation inspection of ARG's Highland WT 2033 154 well (API 047-20700). Enough vegetative cover was established to consider the well pad permanently stabilized. This inspection resolves violation ID numbers 695753, 695754, and 695755 from inspection ID 2270703. It also resolves violation ID numbers 786979, 786980, and 786981 from a subsequent follow up inspection.
