Operator has reported that the well is used for house gas in the NOV response and has submitted 2017 gas production as 250 mcf. No tag on well head. Old tanks on site. Site is overgrow and appears abandoned (photo 2). WQS needs to be shown exactly how the well is being produced by the operator and how a landowner is receiving house gas from the well. Until then, it is considered abandoned. Notes from previous inspection are below.
