This well pad is located on Sproul State Forest property. There are a total of 4 wells on this well pad (035-21279, 035-21280, 035-21281, and 035-21282). Well site restoration reports have been submitted and approved for all of the wells accept 035-21281. According to Stacey Vehovic of XTO Energy, conductor is only set for well 035-21281. Regulatory Inactive Status has been granted for well 035-21281 and will expire on October 24, 2019. The other 3 wells located on this pad have been reported as "operator not drilled". No production equipment is onsite. All four wells are covered up with a metal plate (see photo). Each well cellar is full of water. The pad remains at full built-out 150' x 225' with an additional 150' x 75' area extended on the SE corner of the pad called the "production pad". No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
Well number 035-21281 remains with metal plate over conductor. The other 3 permitted wells appear to be filled in and covered with stone. A notice of termination for the ESCGP (ESX11-035-0019(01)) was approved by the Department in August 2016. No violations noted. |
