Annulus production by intermediate vent is closed and not vented, pressure is 0PSI.

Company operator opened annulus vent during inspection, 0% combustible gas was detected. Vent was closed back in. Mechanical gauge on the production casing reads pressure 5,513 PSI. No violations are noted at time of inspection. Alta Resources, LLC. Representatives Rod Williamson, Production Operator, Rick Hall EHS Representative. DEP Representative Ulyana Trynovich, Oil and Gas Inspector.

2815008 Primary Facility 2018-12-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On December 12, 2018, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at ARD Operating LLC. Texas Gulf B Well Pad A. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The pad has not been restored.

There are a total of 2 plugged wells located on this well pad with monuments. There is one well in regulatory inactive status. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed.

No violations noted.

2837903 Primary Facility 2019-02-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 45 Deg. F and cloudy at the time of inspection. Routine inspection of Alta Resources, LLC., Texas Gulf B Pad, Well A-4H, on February 7, 2019. There are 1 inactive and shut in well and 2 plugged conductors on this pad.

This well is in Regulatory Inactive Status at the time of inspection, that expires on 09/21/2019. Upon arrival to the wellsite, annulus vent (4-1/2¿ X 9-5/8¿) was closed. Verified following pressures during inspection: annulus vent (4-1/2¿ X 9-5/8¿) is 0 PSI, production tubing is 5,423 PSI, backside production casing pressure is 5,470 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent; 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. After inspection, production operator left annulus vent closed. All production equipment has been removed from wellsite. No violations are noted at time of inspection. Alta Resources, LLC.
