Texas Gulf B Well Pad A. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The pad has not been restored.

There are a total of 2 plugged wells located on this well pad with monuments. There is one well in regulatory inactive status. All wells are tagged with API/well permit numbers. No bubbling within the cellars was observed.

This well is 120 ft. deep plugged conductor, date plugged -11/26/2012. 0% combustible gas was detected in the area immediately surrounding the well. No violations are noted at time of inspection.
