Production by intermediate (5-1/2¿ X 9-5/8¿) annulus vent is shut in to pressure monitor, with pressure reading ¿ 0 PSI, production casing annulus vent is also shut in to pressure monitor, with pressure reading - 234 PSI. The production xmas tree top pressure on the 2-3/8¿ tubing is 133 PSI. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. The site sign, emergency response plan, monthly tank maintenance log, ESCGP, weekly E & S inspection log, and drilling permits were onsite for review. No E & S issues were observed during the time of the inspection. PCSM infiltration berms and diversion berms have been installed per the PCSM drawings. These berms consist of seeded compost sock of various sizes. Vegetation on the socks is spotty but the socks are serving their purpose. The well pad remains its original footprint size. The following remain in place along the access road: rock lined roadside ditches and ditch relief culverts with rip-rap aprons. Overall, the site is stable and well vegetated exceeding 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover.
