| 2819580 | Primary Facility | 2019-03-29 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | On March 29, 2019, Department representative Brad Kline conducted a routine site inspection at Capital Oil & Gas Texas Gulf C 42. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The site has a fiberglass brine tank plumbed to the well. The pipe that runs from the well head to the brine tank has a hole rusted through it. The Department recommends repairing the line with the hole in it. The chart recorder was dated 3/15/19.
The Department screened the well head and surrounding area with an Altair 5x Multi-gas meter. There was no measurable gas detected. On 4/1/19, the Department spoke with Production Superintendent Beau Martin on the phone. Discussed the issue with the hole in the line. No violations not. |
