No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. Site could not be evaluated due to snow cover. Chart recorder is dated 1/15/2019. Corrosion is noted on well head and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring and repairing or replacing piping as necessary. The Department screened the well head with an Altair Multi-gas meter. No combustable gas or methane detected.
