COP Tract 248 2 well. No E&S issues were observed during the time of inspection. The site is stable and well vegetated meeting the 70% uniform, perennial, vegetative cover. The chart recorder was dated 3/14/19. A fiberglass brine tank and a GPU are plumbed to the well. Paint on the wellhead is beginning to flake. The Department recommends monitoring the condition and repairing if necessary.
