2507124 Primary Facility 2016-08-02 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Inspection of the Bomba gas well (035-00077) in Chapman Twp (North Bend), Clinton Co. August 2, 2016 at approximately 10:00 am. The well was abandoned, unknown operator, and currently holds a DEP plugged status. At the time of inspection there were two casing strings visible at surface, cut at ground level. The outer csg. is 10 ¾”, the inner was 8 5/8”. The 8 5/8” was filled with water with active bubbling at the time of inspection. I detected methane at surface at the time of inspection, 100% LEL approx. 5% methane with an Altair 5x gas meter. 2770589 Primary Facility 2018-08-31 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted A routine inspection of this plugged orphan well was conducted August 31, 2018. At the time of inspection, there were two casings; 8 5/8" and 10 3/4" both cut at ground level. Both casings were full of material to ground level. The inner casing had standing fluid with steady bubbling observed. There was no notable increase/decrease in the rate of bubbling since my last inspection of this well approximately two years ago. There was no bubbling observed in the 8 5/8" annulus.
