2786521 Primary Facility 2018-10-09 Compliance Evaluation No Violations Noted I met with JD Sollon of Greylock on the site. Two skid steers and a 3- man crew were removing the liner and felt from the on-site impoundment. Moody & Associates group on location included Brandon Glowark, Ian Williams, Jona Stoskey, and Brynn Yochim. Moody was there to perform soil screening after the liner removal was completed; screening was to be for specific conductance, petroleum product, and rads. Although it appeared initially that the screening would begin while I was still on location, one of the skid steers threw a track and was being repaired until I departed. I noted several freshwater seeps on the northern slope of the impoundment, which were collecting mostly in the western side. The plan was to dig an interceptor trench across the north and west sides of the impoundment at the bottom to collect these seeps. Then Moody would perform the soil screening and take characterization samples. Once the liner was removed from the bottom of the impoundment, I walked the area taking soil conducta
