2811497 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources D17-COP-S well pad on December 4, 2018. There are 3 drilled Marcellus wells located on this well pad. All 3 wells are currently in regulatory inactive status. Each well head is properly labeled and well cellars are full of gravel. The string casing vent pipes from each well are currently plumbed to a temporary tote stationed near the well heads. The Department recommends placing the temporary tote on secondary containment. (3) GPUs were observed onsite.

The well pad has been partially reduced in size and restored. All restored areas are very well vegetated. No E&S issues were observed.

No violations noted.
