2856900 Primary Facility 2019-03-21 Site Restoration No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Devonian Resources Inc. conventional well (033-26493) on March 21, 2019. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. The chart recorder is labeled with the operators contact information. The well permit number is not legible on the chart recorder label. An additional metal well identification tag was found on axillary piping. Flakey paint and corrosion were observed on the well head, separator, and axillary piping. The Department recommends monitoring the production equipment and replacing and/or repainting the equipment if necessary. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases or methane were detected.
