Burskey's conventional well Effie Grape 1 (033-20577) on October 29, 2018. According to Department efacts records this well was drilled on 9/13/75 and this well is currently listed as being active. No well production or waste reports have been submitted to the Department within the last year. I will be referring this well to a Departments Oil & Gas inspector for further investigation.
The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored and is being actively farmed. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number and an operators contact information. A different well tag located on the well head has a different operators name listed on it. Chapter 78.55(e) and OGA3211(h) requires the operator to display the operators contact phone number and well permit number on a completed well. The Department recommends addressing this issue.
