Routine inspection of Susquehanna Energies Inc., Baltimore & Ohio RR Pad, Well # 1 on October 17, 2018. There is 1 active and producing well on this pad. Line pressure - 58 psi. Production processing equipment includes - production water tank, separator, pressure regulator, heater; measurement equipment orifice meter station. Annulus vent (5-1/2¿ X 8-5/8¿) is closed, (8-5/8" x 13-3/8") is open and vented, cannot verify for gas due to this vent being set deeper inside the cellar. Detected 10% LEL and 0% combustible gas inside the cellar, could not verify exact source of the gas leak. The area around the well is fenced and the gate is closed and locked. No violation noted at time of inspection, but discussed follow up inspection.

2887577 Primary Facility 2018-12-06 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 38 Deg. F and cloudy at the time of inspection. Routine inspection of Susquehanna Energies Inc., Baltimore &Ohio RR Pad, Well # 1 on December 6, 2018. There is 1 active and producing well on this pad.. Production processing equipment includes - production water tank, separator, pressure regulator, heater; measurement equipment orifice meter station. Annulus vent (5-1/2 X 8-5/8) is closed, (8-5/8" x 13-3/8") is open and vented. 15% LEL and 0% at the annulus vent. Gas leak inside the cellar, that was detected during previous inspection, has been fixed. Observed bubbling at the low rate inside the cellar. No violation noted at time of inspection, but will continue attending wellsite and monitoring well cellar.
