Production processing equipment includes - production water tank, separator, pressure regulator, heater; measurement equipment orifice meter station. Annulus vent (5-1/2¿ X 8-5/8¿) is closed, (8-5/8" x 13-3/8") is open and vented, cannot verify for gas due to this vent being set deeper inside the cellar. Detected 10% LEL and 0% combustible gas inside the cellar, could not verify exact source of the gas leak. The area around the well is fenced and the gate is closed and locked. No violation noted at time of inspection, but discussed follow up inspection.

Production processing equipment includes - production water tank, separator, pressure regulator, heater; measurement equipment orifice meter station. Annulus vent (5-1/2 X 8-5/8) is closed, (8-5/8" x 13-3/8") is open and vented. 15% LEL and 0% at the annulus vent. Gas leak inside the cellar, that was detected during previous inspection, has been fixed. Observed bubbling at the low rate inside the cellar. No violation noted at time of inspection, but will continue attending wellsite and monitoring well cellar.
