2769499 Primary Facility 2018-08-29 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. The tubing pressure was reading as 241 psi, while the production casing gauge was showing 479 psi. The well integrity appeared to be in good condition, with no signs of any leaks. Well has a grate over top and about a foot of water in the cellar. The well was properly labeled. The Emergency Response sign and permit signs remain in place at the entrance to the lease. There were 2 separator/ line heater units onsite and contained within a lined, steel dike were 2 large tanks and 1 smaller for fluids. Production is being reported to the Department.
