No site ID sign or well tag is present. Production was reported for 2017 at 25.78 Mcf, which was an average with other wells in group 9. This well is approximately 780' from the plotted location from the Departments Mylar records. The correct latitude and longitude are included in this report and will be uploaded into eFACTS with completion of the inspection.

An odor of gas can be observed while standing near the well. No hissing can be heard it is unclear where the gas leaking from.
