2763327 Primary Facility 2018-08-14 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, no activity was taking place at the well. A Notice of Intent to plug was sent in to start plugging on 8/10. G & G Gas has a rig set up at the well and a wooden platform was built around the wellhead. A pit has also been dug below the well. The well had a label. There was a fairly strong smell of gas from the well.
2768340 Primary Facility 2018-08-27 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, a pipe trailer was now onsite. Cement was pumped from TD (1923') to 1770' with 6 sxs. Tubing was then cut at 1731'. Gel was added from this point up to 1216'. A second plug of cement was pumped from 1216' to 965' using 46 sxs. From here, 4 bbls gel was set up to 860'. Plan from here is to add another cement plug of 75 sxs to get the top to 450'.
2775421 Primary Facility 2018-09-13 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, G & G was onsite just finishing up cementing the top section of the well. Goal was to cement up to the 6 1/4" surface casing seat. 75 sxs of cement was used and calculations showed cement should go to 450'. They will trip up and tag another day. Then will fill in with pea gravel to surface. The marker will be a plate that has an above ground post.
2780811 Primary Facility 2018-09-24 Plugging(Includes Plugged/Mined Through) No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well has been plugged. Surface casing seat had been found at 450' and the top of cement was tagged at 383'. Well was then filled to surface with pea gravel. There was a mound of gravel where well had been. The monument was placed below ground as a steel plate with the API number on it. The dog house and some small equipment remained onsite. The pit hadn't been back filled yet.
