One is an old preexisting well OL before pad was constructed. No bubbling at surface in visible annuli. Well capped with a 9 5/8 nipple reduced down to a 2” threaded connection with a bleeder valve. Opened well vent and there was 100% detectable LEL of methane. Rechecked after 5 minutes and sustained 10% LEL of methane. Advised Rick Mays that the approved alternate method was not applicable to this well and a 50’ plug needed to be set at the shoe. Location is clean. Departed location at 13:00. No violations noted at this time.

There are 4 regulatory inactive wells on this pad. Well # 233 has been drilled to 2,045 ft., surface and intermediate casings were set and cemented in the hole. 0% combustible gas was detected around the casing or in the area immediately surrounding the well. Wellsite looks neat. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at the time of inspection. EXCO Resources, LLC. Representative ¿ Sam Unch, Production Operator. 2705890 Primary Facility 2018-03-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Taylor Pad 33 on March 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, ESCGP, Emergency Response Plan, PPC Plan, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite and available for review.

The well pad and surrounding areas were snow covered. The well pad has been reduced in size and PCSMs have been installed at the well pad and along the access road. Water was observed in the detention basin. The Department recommend re-evaluating the construction and/or infiltration of the detention basin.

There are 4 wells located on this well pad. All wells are currently in regulatory inactive status. Each well is labeled. No no production equipment is located onsite.

2822831 Primary Facility 2019-01-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at EXCO Resources LLC Taylor Pad 33 on January 4, 2019. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, ESCGP, Emergency Response Plan, PPC Plan, and weekly E&S inspection log were onsite and available for review.

There are 4 wells located on this well pad. All wells are currently in regulatory inactive status. Each well is labeled. No production equipment is located onsite.

The well pad has been reduced in size and PCSMs have been installed at the well pad and along the access road. Several inches of standing water was observed in the dry detention basin at the well pad. The Department recommend re-evaluating the construction and/or infiltration of the dry detention basin.
