There is one drilled well 027-21538 on what appears to be a restored pad. This is a vertical well that is considered an observation well and is currently classified as being active. The well head is enclosed in a fence. No production equipment is onsite. The well is labeled. The site was snow covered.

The construction of this well pad and access road were issued under ESCGP-1408802 by the Centre County Conservation District. This ESCGP also covers the construction of multiple other pads, impoundments, and access roads. DEP records of ESCGP-1408802 show it having an expiration date of March 4, 2014.

Please note ESCGP-1408802 is beyond its expiration date and a notice of termination (NOT) has not been approved to date for this ESCGP. The Department recommends that the operator submit NOT paperwork or apply for an ESCGP2. In addition, the operator is still required to conduct weekly E&S inspections under the ESCGP until the perm

2774130 Primary Facility 2018-09-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The weather is 70 Deg. F, cloudy at time of inspection. Routine inspection of EXCO Resources PA LLC., Litke Pad, Well # 63M on September 12, 2018. There is 1 observation well on location, currently in active status. Well was shut in upon arrival to location. After opening valves, pressure gauge on the top of the production xmas tree reads 593 PSI, backside casing pressure gauge reads 633 PSI. Annulus (8-5/8¿ x 4-1/2¿) was opened and vented. 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus or in the area immediately surrounding the well. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection.
