There is one drilled well 027-21538 on what appears to be a restored pad. This is a vertical well that is considered an observation well and is currently classified as being active. The well head is enclosed in a fence. No production equipment is onsite. The well is labeled. The site was snow covered. The construction of this well pad and access road were issued under ESCGP-1408802 by the Centre County Conservation District. This ESCGP also covers the construction of multiple other pads, impoundments, and access roads. DEP records of ESCGP-1408802 show it having an expiration date of March 4, 2014. Please note ESCGP-1408802 is beyond its expiration date and a notice of termination (NOT) has not been approved to date for this ESCGP. No obvious concerns or violations are noted at time of inspection.
