Both well pads are covered under the same ESCGP. The ESCGP 1 has been upgraded to an ESCGP 2 and PCSMs have been installed. In addition, the previous operator Anadarko has transferred the ESCGP to ARD but any plug wells listed below have not been transferred from Anadarko to ARD.

COP Tract 259 Pad A: There are 4 drilled wells located on this well pad (027-21545, 027-21546, 027-21547, and 027-21517). The first three wells listed above are plugged. Well 027-21517 is represented by a tree on the well head; this well is in regulatory inactive status.

The site sign with emergency contact information, well permits, weekly E&S inspection reports, and emergency response plan are located onsite. The pad remains its original footprint size 400' x 400' and aggregate remains present throughout the pad. The topsoil stock pile is well vegetated. A brush barrier remains present surrounding the fill slope

TRACT 259 A Pad, Well #1000H, on July 23, 2018 regarding an application for extension of Inactive Well Status.

There are 1 inactive and shut in well and 3 plugged conductors on this pad. Annulus production by intermediate vent (7¿/4-1/2¿ x 9-5/8¿) is closed and not vented. Company operator opened annulus vent during inspection, 100% LEL and 58% combustible gas was detected. Vent was closed back in. Mechanical gauge on the production tubing reads pressure 3,154 PSI. Well tag is missing during inspection. Well API # has been indicated on the well surface equipment for temporary use, until permanent well tag will be placed back on. Verified following pressures during inspection: production tubing is 3334 PSI, backside production casing pressure is 2232 PSI. All production equipment has been removed from wellsite.
