There is one Marcellus well (027-21501) drilled on this pad. The well is currently in regulatory inactive status and this status will expire on 8/21/18. The well head is tagged. The well cellar is filled in with gravel.
The construction of this well pad and access road were issued under an E&S plan and not an ESCGP. There were 2 pits that have been back filled and restored. Gravel remains throughout the pad. No E&S issues were observed. The pad and access road appear stable. No production equipment is onsite. A non-coal mining operation borders this well pad. I have contacted Dave Goss, a Department surface mining inspector regarding encroachment on this well pad. Mr. Goss and I will be conducting a joint inspection together regarding this concern. No violations noted. |
