Records indicate this is a Mid East Oil Co well. Small dead wasps' nest in the vent. Altair 5X multigas meter measured 100% methane at vent, appears to be negligible flow. There is also an EXCO Fye 3 conventional well which was not producing at the time, but is capable of production and for which production figures were submitted in 2015. The EXCO Fye 3 well has the same permit number. No problems observed with the EXCO Fye 3. Have made queries with EXCO and with permitting staff. |
