2711011 Primary Facility 2018-03-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Alliance Petroleum Corporation's conventional well (027-21034) on March 27, 2018. The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 3/1/18. The well head and connecting pipes are being maintained; no corrosion or flakey paint were observed on this equipment.

Bubbling around a pipe fitting connected to the well head was observed during the inspection (see photos 3-4). No combustible gases were detected with the Altair 5x gas meter. I will be referring this conventional well bubbling to the Departments Oil and Gas inspector for a follow up inspection regarding the bubbling fitting.

2721602 Primary Facility 2018-04-05 Follow-up Inspection No Violations Noted Follow up inspection of Alliance Petroleum Corp., William C Confer 1 well on April 5, 2018. There is 1 producing well on this pad. Annulus is open and vented at the time of inspection. 8% LEL and 0% combustible gas was detected at the casing swedge on the wellhead. Gas leak has been repaired by present company operator on location during inspection. 35% LEL and 0% combustible gas was detected at the annulus vent. No violations were noted at the time of inspection.
