The area surrounding the production equipment has been restored. Restored site is well vegetated. No signs of E&S issues. Brine tank is labeled with the well permit number. Chart recorder is dated 11/1/18. The well head and connecting pipes are being maintained; no corrosion or flakey paint were observed on this equipment. Department staff used an Altair 5x gas meter during the inspection. No combustible gases were detected.
