Annulus vent (8-5/8" x 4-1/2") is open and vented. 100% LEL and 6% combustible gas was detected at the annulus; detected gas leak at the meter station. Could not verify it with gas meter due to strong wind in the area at the time of inspection. Production equipment includes a drip; measurement equipment - orifice meter station. Well label needs to be updated, hard to see API number. Also DEP recommends applying new coating system and/or paint on wellhead and production equipment on location in order to prevent further corrosion.
