2694618 Primary Facility 2018-02-09 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Routine site inspection at Seneca Resources Rich Valley Pad E and Compressor Station on February 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.

The site sign, PPC plan, emergency response plan, drilling permits, and weekly inspection logs were onsite for review. The site and surrounding areas were covered in snow. No E & S issues were observed during the time of my inspection.

There are (2) producing wells located on this pad (023-20146 and 023-20156). Both well-heads are tagged with API/Permit number. Well 023-20145 is plugged and represented by a tagged monument. There are (2) GPU's stationed on the pad and (3) 400 bbl. vertical, steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment. Water within this containment was frozen. In addition, a dehydration unit and compressor unit are both stationed onsite.

No violations noted during the inspection.

2695092 Primary Facility 2018-02-14 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well is a plugged well that was plugged on 2-4-12. This well is identified by a monument attached to a 2" in diameter pipe approximately 6' high out of a graveled cellar.
2742953 Primary Facility 2018-06-19 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection this well had been plugged on 10-29-14. The well is now a 2"x10' steel vent pipe with a monument. No violations were noted at this inspection.
