| 2694618 | Primary Facility | 2018-02-09 | Routine/Complete Inspection | No Violations Noted | Routine site inspection at Seneca Resources Rich Valley Pad E and Compressor Station on February 9, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection.
The site sign, PPC plan, emergency response plan, drilling permits, and weekly inspection logs were onsite for review. The site and surrounding areas were covered in snow. No E & S issues were observed during the time of my inspection. There are (2) producing wells located on this pad (023-20146 and 023-20156). Both well-heads are tagged with API/Permit number. Well 023-20145 is plugged and represented by a tagged monument. There are (2) GPU's stationed on the pad and (3) 400 bbl. vertical, steel production fluids tanks spotted in a modular secondary containment. Water within this containment was frozen. In addition, a dehydration unit and compressor unit are both stationed onsite. No violations noted during the inspection. |
