No one was onsite during my inspection. Seneca has submitted a well site restoration report for the above listed well. The site has been restored and put back to approximate original contour (photo 1). The well has been plugged and is identified with a tagged monument (photo 2). The site does not have an ESCGP but does have an E&S plan. The restored site is well vegetated. Per this inspection I approve the well site restoration report for plugged well 023-20128.
