Access road stable. Rig located onsite actively drilling. Site secured by fence and 24hr security. Observed temporary (lined) containment pad located beneath rig in order to prevent/contain a possible pollution event. Temporary BMP¿s installed according to ES plan. All culverts, outlets, and sediment traps appear adequately rocked. No accelerated erosion/sedimentation or IW issues are noted. Operator should continue to routinely monitor/maintain all BMP¿S until final site restoration is achieved. All previously disturbed areas have been stabilized with vegetative blankets, with some growth observed. Soil pile has been temporarily seeded, minimal growth observed, although compost sox installed down gradient. No violations noted during this inspection.

Site has been temporarily seeded and mulched providing temporary stabilization. Five frac tanks located onsite, noted that one tank was left with a hose attached (Chevron Rep Nick Staffieri contacted). Observed that area of previously reported spill has been cleaned up, yet disturbed areas have not yet been restored as operator is awaiting final analysis results to confirm all contaminates have been removed. A follow up inspection will be conducted to ensure that previously impacted areas have been successful remediated.
