Shut off valve open and well was in production. Production equipment consisted of heater, separator and 100 bbl brine tank. Pressure gauge located on separator recorded a 180 psi. No leakage of gas occurring around well head. Well head located in agricultural field. No signs of erosion and sedimentation on the access road and well site. No Industrial Discharge of Waste (IW) to the ground issues. Well tag present at the well head.
1902576 Primary Facility 2010-08-02 Site Restoration No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was drilled, properly tagged, and in production. According to records, well was completed on 11/03/09. Site was adequately and uniformly restored with >70% successful vegetative cover. No accelerated erosion or sedimentation or industrial waste discharge issues were noted in relation to access road or well site. Brine tank appeared sound.
